2. Cocoa Squares
Calling all chocolate lovers! Cocoa Squares have a double chocolate taste that comes from rich cocoa powder AND chocolate chips. Also made with whole grains, 6 g protein, calcium, fiber and flaxseed, this "brownie" is wholesome enough to eat for breakfast!
Directions
Basic Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray or lightly grease 8x8 baking pan.
What you need:
- 1 cup + 1 tbsp applesauce
- 1 tbsp oil
What you do:
Add applesauce and oil to Cocoa Squares Mix. Blend until moist and uniform. Bake for 20 - 25 min (less time for more fudgy brownies, more for cake-like brownies). Let cool and cut into 9-12 squares.
Store in airtight container.
